I’m starting a Commitment Challenge to help motivate (me) us to commit to at least one healthy behavior for the day. This way it will be fresh in our minds and add a little accountability. Whether it’s exercise, drinking enough water, or sticking to your food plan, pick one thing to commit to or set a goal for each group. So jump in if you think this could help you.

Say to you, “I will do this!”

I will not kill my husband.

I WILL remember that he is a victim of testosterone poisoning therefore he is not totally to blame for lapses into stupidity.

I WILL NOT beat him to a bloody pulp because I am moody and hormonal and just wanna pound on somebody.

You probably saved Rob's life today with this post, Serena.

Are you sure? I think if I do some deep breathing that creative part of my brain will wake up and find a way to dispose of the body.
