I’m starting a Commitment Challenge to help motivate (me) us to commit to at least one healthy behavior for the day. This way it will be fresh in our minds and add a little accountability. Whether it’s exercise, drinking enough water, or sticking to your food plan, pick one thing to commit to or set a goal for each group. So jump in if you think this could help you.

I WILL remember that he is a victim of testosterone poisoning therefore he is not totally to blame for lapses into stupidity.
I WILL NOT beat him to a bloody pulp because I am moody and hormonal and just wanna pound on somebody.

Drinking my water again has been harder than getting back on plan.
Today, I will journal everything I put in my mouth. (Looking for a pencil as I type this)
