I’m starting a Commitment Challenge to help motivate (me) us to commit to at least one healthy behavior for the day. This way it will be fresh in our minds and add a little accountability. Whether it’s exercise, drinking enough water, or sticking to your food plan, pick one thing to commit to or set a goal for each group. So jump in if you think this could help you.
