Breakfast: Slimfast
Lunch: Green salad, FF dressing, hardboiled egg, fruit
Snack: 2 LF graham crackers
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Lasagne, 1.5 cups of steamed brocoli, 2 slices of low fat bread with cooking spray and garlic salt
Snack: FF Jello Pudding cup

Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - apple & yogurt
Lunch - Turkey Sandwich and Pretzels, and a banana
Dinner - I'm going to Red Lobster, goddess save me ... pray for me ya'll lmaooo but i think im gonna stick with a ceasar salad and salmon in
Lunch: Special K Vanilla almond, skim milk, 1 apple, 1 orange
Dinner: ??

lowfat vanilla pudding
broccoli W/ cheese over a baked potato
toasted cheese
salad w/ mix,carrots,hard boiled eggs,1/2 cucumber+light ranch

Meal 1: 2 turkey sausage links, 1 whole wheat and nut pancake, 3 egg whites, 1.5 cups of tomato juice
Meal 2: medium banana & protein shake
Meal 3: Oven fried chicken breasts, mustard greens, honey wheat english muffin
Meal 4: Salad w/ tuna and tomatoes w/ oil & vinegar dressing
Meal 5: SF/FF chocolate pudding (okay so this isnt really a meal)
Meal 6: Nothing
