You have done an awesome job and I am really inspired by your success. I had an idea to share with you. A few years ago my personal trainer told me when I hit a plateu(sp?) to do something to shake my system up like ride the bike instead of do the stairs. She also said somedays exercise for 20 minutes and others do 45 minutes. I am not sure why, buty it seemed to work. Good luck and like I said you are doing a wonderful job. sharla
