So after chat the other night I decided that this sounded like a series I would like. I checked the first 3 out from the library tonight. That was around 6 pm. I have now finished 'One for the Money' and MAN!-I love this chica! Thanks for recommending her, amigas.

Oh, and btw- The Secret Life of Bees is awesome for those of you who haven't read it. Next I have to read All is Vanity by Christina Schwarz- anyone read it?

Yes! I literally spit water out of my nose from laughing so hard when she shot the chicken carcass and said she got it right in the gumpy....my son thought I was choking and when I told Rob about it he raised an eyebrow and said "This is one of those hormone things I don't get right?"

But, he thinks it sounds like it'd make a good movie and if they cast Sandra Bullock he'll see it. LOL!

In chat on Sunday a couple of the girls mentioned the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. It's about a lingerie-buyer turned bail recovery agent. It sounded like it was up my alley, so I picked up the first few and read #1 last night. IT'S SO FUNNY! I can't wait to crack open the 2nd one. I should be able to finish it before Rob gets home and start #3 tonight :-)
