I think that at this very moment I could be persuaded with very little effort to commit terrible crimes against humanity and nature if I got a big mac as my reward. I KNOW I am not going to get one, since I don't have any money OR a car right now, but I want one so bad I can taste the sauce....So I am sitting here visualizing that commercial with the donuts around the peoples waists and imagining myself with a bigmac strapped to my outer thighs and it's not appealing. And onion rings sound stellar right now. I mean, my kingdom for some carbs, people. I have been doing low carb since Jan 5, and I was doing PHENOMENALLY. But a few little forays into carb land and I am now wishing for foods I don't even WANT to eat, but am craving nonetheless. I would actually commit a crime for a baked potato right now.
Had to share and hoped typing them out would make actually EATING these things seem less appealing. Seems to have worked so far.....

SOrry for your cravings, and I think your visualization sounds like a great idea! Keep at it!

For Valentine's Day Rob took me to Outback and I ate some fries, part of a bloomin onion and some of that lovely warm yummy brown bread....I felt no guilt because it was the first "real cheat" I'd had in ages, and even though I finished it all, I kept things under control after that. Til today, anyway. Now I am just hoping that bigmac thighs is enough of a motivator to keep me out of the kitchen.
LOL!
Mel, I'll give you $500 to not go off plan. (you know what I mean) You need to go get a snack of something that is on plan, don't let yourself get hungry.

LOL If she cheats then that gives you permission to cheat?
