I also give myself a B+. I had a good day today. Since it was a nice day outside, I went for a walk at lunchtime, then I did 20 minutes on the treadmill tonight when I got home. Also, my eating was very good. And I drank about 80 oz of water today. All in all, it was a good day. I hope everyone else had a good day as well.

I wasn't feeling well, yet I DID go for my walk with dd. I ate well most of the day, but ate a couple things I shouldn't have (although, not completely sinful).

Tomorrow I will not boredom eat.

I'll give myself a B. I ate well for most of the day, but I really need to watch my portions. I also stopped myself from eating the girls French Fries when we went to Mc. Donalds. I ate a salad and then ate when I got home. I have to get extra credit for that. I also took the girls to walk at a park that had lots of hills.

Horrible day/grade for me. Didn't eat breakfast and had normal Atkins lunch. Only 32oz water then ate chicken francese (breaded) and 1/2 pasta (big no no for me) for dinner. No exercise for me today either...Grade? Probably a D

ok i want to give myself a A!!!! I went and joined the gym and I walked for over 2 miles in about 40 some minutes. I went to my ww meeting and lost 2.8 pounds!!!!!! And I am going to go back to the gym and learn about all the equipment and then I am going back later to work out!!!!

my exercise sucks this week because i've been so busy .... but food and water have been good ... and i've exercised 3 times this week so i guess it wasn't *too* bad .... just i have been trying to do it everyday, so i gives myself a B+ lol
