Congratulations on being able to post a gain! Even if it's due to AF or because it was a bad week a lot of people (myself included) find it hard to post a gain on Weigh-In day.

It's all part of weight loss. The gains and the losses. You're the first person I noticed that had the courage to post a gain. Give yourself a pat on the back! You go girl!

Thanks for the encouragement, Dana! I want to be accountable for how I do, even if it's not what I want it to be. So I'm going to post how I did for the week, even if it's a gain. I'm hoping by doing that, I'll try even harder the next week and have a huge loss. So let's see how it goes this week. I hope you have a good week this week!

Well, I think my gain was because of AF. I stepped on the scale this morning, and it was 1.5 pounds less than yesterday! Now, I know I was good yesterday, but I wasn't THAT good lol!! Since Saturday morning is my official weigh in day, I'm going to keep that half a pound gain for this week. I'll take the pound loss and save it for next week's weigh in. Hopefully it will be a really good weigh in! Thanks guys for your encouragement.
