It's March already, almost spring, Let's start this month with a bang!

Last weeks total= between 12 people we did over 2300 minutes =)

Sunday,29- 45 min. aerobics

Monday,1-40 min. treadmill,20 min. weights

Tuesday,2-25 min tae bo, 35 min walk/jog

Wednesday,3-30 min. WATP vhs,40 min. walk/jog

Thursday,4- 25 min tae bo,10 min arms+abs

Friday,5- 20 min walk

Saturday,6- none spent day cleaning and doing errands =)

TOTAL- 290 min...yeah me..LOL

Sun,29- Beautiful day outside so I walked for 40 minutes

M,1- walked 25 minutes

Tu,2- none

W,3- walked 20 minutes, 30 minutes the FIRM

Th,4- 20 minutes WATP

F,5- 25 minutes on treadmill, 15 minutes stretching

Sat,6- 30 minutes the FIRM, 15 minutes strength training, 15 minutes stretching

total- 235 minutes

Here are my minutes for the week Fri- Thurs:

Friday: Nothin... Friday is my day off! :)

Saturday: 60 min Jazzercise; 10 min walk; 15 min latin cardio

Sunday: None

Monday: 60 min Jazzercise

Tuesday: 60 min Jazzercise

Wednesday: sat on my butt

Thursday:

TOTAL: 205 min so far! :)

Friday- 20 mins Kathy Smith Time Saver cardio--
