It's March already, almost spring, Let's start this month with a bang!
Last weeks total= between 12 people we did over 2300 minutes =)

Sunday,29- 45 min. aerobics
Monday,1-40 min. treadmill,20 min. weights
Tuesday,2-25 min tae bo, 35 min walk/jog
Wednesday,3-30 min. WATP vhs,40 min. walk/jog
Thursday,4- 25 min tae bo,10 min arms+abs
Friday,5- 20 min walk
Saturday,6- none spent day cleaning and doing errands =)
TOTAL- 290 min...yeah me..LOL

Thanks! I did myself one better today too...I went roller skating with DS and his friend. We had a blast! I even did the hokey pokey!
