after reading that wonderful post last week about what kind of plans you were all using . I sat down and figured one out for myself last week I had a couple of good days but some bad ones too. So here is my plan I will have a slimfast for breakfast then a salad with protien and ff dressing for lunch and then a normal dinner with 5 nights not having any carbs with it and the other 2 I am allowing myself a bit of carbs so I can have pasta one night and rice or pot another during the day my snacks will be an apple which is important for fiber and either another fruit or veggies maybe not at all then at night I have desert either sugar free fudgiscle or health choice popsicle type thing in strawberry flavor

So this is my plan till I get under 200 and then I will probably have to revise it

what do you all think????

thanks for the reply thats what I will do if I don't see any sucess this is just to get me going. I will definetly keep you all informed willpost my weight the next time I have the nerve to get on the scale lol
