OKAY! I am back on the ball! lol Nobody wants to see what I ate yesterday anyways (McDonalds and Oscar party food- BAD!)

Here's to a better today!

Breakfast: 1 serving grits, 1 slice FF cheese, 1 scrambled egg

Lunch: Chic-Fil-A Chargrilled chicken salad w/ FF honey mustard dressing; diet coke YUMMY!

Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs with hot pepper cheese, two slices turkey bacon, decaf green tea with splenda,

Lunch: canned tuna with dill reslish, spicy mayo, and sliced tomato

Dinner: Philly steak sandwhich loaded with cheese, peppers, and onion (without the bun) and a salad with homemade oil and vinegar dressing

Dessert: Sugar free jello

Alright, thought I'd start posting mine...

Bkfst ~ 2 eggs scrambled, 2 turkey sausages, coffee w/ cream

Lunch ~ 1cup eggsalad with dill relish, 2 slices of ham

Snack ~ celery stix w/ dill dip

Dinner ~ broiled split chicken breast (marinated), 1 cup snowpeas, salad with oil/vinegar

Snack ~ whipped heavy cream with splenda and cinnamon

Water so far today ~ 48oz...

Hi, okay I'll list mine. But I haven't decided on supper this early. Breakfast: stuffed french toast, fresh strawberries, banana, coffee; dinner: grilled pork chop, potato with white corn and black bean salsa, carrots, fresh spinach with sauted onion and garlic. Supper will likely be a veggie burger and a vegetable medley of cauliflour, broccoli, baby carrots, and maybe a half small grilled butternut squash with a little honey.

Hi everyone!! Here's to a healthy week!

Brkfst: Stawberry Slimfast

Lunch: Tuna sandwich on wheat, 14 baby carrots

Dinner: dd fav...Taco's! (she made me promise this morning that i'd make them tonight) I'll make mine with grilled chicken instead of eating the hamburger ones. Not sure yet what the side dish will be, maybe rice and of course a salad.

Snack: popcorn

Water for today: So far about 65 oz. (bthrm breaks: so far about 10)

Breakfast~skim milk+cereal +banana

snack~nonfat yogurt+banana

lunch~toasted cheese w/ light miracle whip

dinner~mashed potatoes w/ noodles+beef w/ 2 slices bread

snack~fudge pops(lowfat)

and lots of water
