So I was driving along this morning, thinking about how things have changed in the last year or so and I realized that I missed my own one year anniversary on Weight Watchers!

You are a huge part of this board, our own lil cheerleader- always supporting, welcoming, motivating.
Congratulations on your one year anniversary! You truly have done wonderfully. I hope that when I'm at my one year anniversary I can say that I'm almost at goal. You're right, though. This is a life long process. You have learned a lot and will take that with you through the rest of your life. And in the process, you are teaching your son good habits as well. Congratulations for that, too! You are an inspiration and I wish you continued success. Woohoo!!!!

Whether or not I had you confused with another poster, it's good that you eat better and feel better a year later. Sometimes people say things like, "it will take a whole year to get from point A to point B and that's so long." Well yes, but the year is going to pass whether a person makes necessary changes or not. And if not, then at the end of the year where is s/he? Just another year older.
