OK ya'll the first goal on this journey was to learn how to eat right and to just start tofeel better. Well I reached it. I have changed my eating habits to include smarter choices and smaller amounts. The smaller amounts come with listening to my body when it tells me I don't want anymore. We have discovered that I do not eat big amounts. In fact, I don't even like to eat regular sized amounts. It seems my body likes very small amounts about 1.5 to 3 hours apart.

I tend to go for even more fruits and veggies and even if I splurge...yes you can for those nay sayers...my body doesn't like too much of the more fattening things.

I feel more awake and have more energy. Now the next phase starts and that is to make exercise a major part as the new eating life style has become. Again, I am stressing that first and foremost I want to be healthier. After I have reached this goal then the perk of losing the weight becomes attainable and desireable.

Side note: I am about to fuss with my doctor about uping my thyroid. Yeah this is going to be fun....NOT

Thank you for that. It seems so little compared to others on here but for me it's the beginning and it was hard changing the way i eat and how i look at being full.

Again thank you

You are so right. And it's not just the emotional or psychological positive emotions, it's the physical feeling better. My body has slowly detoxed and gotten used to the good stuff.

I guess eating green trees is good for me. LOLOL
