HI EVERYONE I HAVE A QUESTION. CAN ANYONE TELL ME A GOOD WAY TO GET RID OF WATER RETENTION? I KNOW YOU GUYS HAVE TO KNOW THE FEELING WHEN IT'S RIGHT BEFORE AF AND YOU GET BLOATED. WELL THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME. I WENT TO WEIGH IN TODAY AND MY WEIGHT WAS THE SAME I THINK IT'S BECUZ I'M BLOATED. I DRINK HOT LEMON WATER IT WORKS BUT NOT WELL ENOUGH FOR ME. SO PLEASE HELP BECUZ I GO WEIGH IN ON FRIDAY AND I WHAT THOSE NUMBERS TO GO DOWN ON THAT SCALE.

I now but I just don't like that bloated feeling. I'll drink the tea when I get home from school this evening. Do you know what brand i should get.

i get that way almost every time, i think each person's different some get that way some don't. I wouldn't worry about the weigh-in since the next one will prob be real good then =)

A good way is to cut back on salt. Don't add salt in cooking, or at the table. Salt causes the body to retain water. And most food has enough in it already.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU ALL FOR THE EXCELLENT IDEAS ABOUT HOW TO GET RID OF THE WATER RETENTION. I'M DRINKING THE GREEN TEA AND IT REALLY HELPS I NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE ALREADY. AS FAR AS WITH THE SALT I'M ON L A WEIGHT LOSS AND MY SALT INTAKE CAN ONLY BE 1/4 TO 1/2 TEASPOON AND THAT'S ALL I CAN HAVE SO, I REALLY NEED THAT BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY POTASSIUM I GET I CAN'T EAT BANANA'S ON MY PLAN.

Hey Robin, How was your day? what did you eat for the day? i went to weigh in today and i'm down 13 pounds already and I'm in my 5th week. Well here's what I ate today.



BREAKFAST~~ 1/4 CUP OF EGG BEATERS,1 SLICE OF DIET TOAST,1/2C.HONEYDEW,1TBSP FF JELLY


LUNCH ~~ 8OZ OF THE OVEN FRIED CHICKEN BREAST, 1C.MUSHROOMS,1C.BROCCOLI AND 5 SPRAYS OF ICBINB. MOCK APPLE PIE



DINNER ~~ 1 CHICKEN WING FOR POPEYES(I JUST COULD NOT RESIST BAD GIRL) AND A HANDFUL OF FRIES.

SNACK ~~ 3OZ OF CHEESE, 1/2 CUP OF SF,FF VANILLA ICECREAM(NASTY I DID NOT LIKE IT)


AND THAT'S ALL I HAD AND GOT THE L A WEIGHT LOSS COOKBOOK I LOVE IT I CAN'T WAIT TO TRY SOME OTHER STUFF

I don't bother with the FF ice cream. I had a rough food weekend. But I am back on plan. I started a new post for our menues today.

hey, robin i was wondering what happened to you because i didn't see you on her this weekend hope everything is going well. now welcome back this week will be a good week for us as far as with the eating and exercising.
