I THINK I JUST GOT OFF TO A GREAT START. I JUST DID THE 1 MILE WATP TAPE I FELL REAL GOOD. THAT'S IT I JUST WANTED TO SHARE THAT WITH YOU GUYS AND KIND OF CONGRATULATE MYSELF BECUZ I WOKE UP AT 7:30AM TO DO IT LOL.

Good for you that you are starting your day off on an upbeat. :)

Yesterday i had Oatmeal for Breakfast (i can have that 3x a weeek) Lunch was the Chicken Marsalla recipe from the cook book (it is good fresly made - I made the the nigh before & burnt the chicken so i ate the mushrooms) Dinner was a salad with cheese & 6 oz tuna on bread. I had the cookie dough light at 11 am & the chocolat shake at 9:30. I had grapes as an afternoon snack.
Today is Oatmeal again for breakfast - a light at 11 am.
A frozen meal (i cheated & got a 5 point Weight Watchers - the nutritional info is very close to one listed in the fast tracker. Of course the won't list weight watchers because they are compteion)
dinner will be either chicken (if i defrosted it or 1 whole egg & 4 whites scrambled whith french cut green beans on the side with garlic & I can't belive its not butter - spray.
I have grapes & an apple to snack on through out the day.
My starch i have not planed yet - probable have a slice of bread or cracker Than Another shake (i am using up what i have I hate making the shakes) & i have jello to snack on.
