I have been bad about keeping this up, and I'm the one who wanted to do it. I've just been preoccupied lately. If anyone has the urge to post their menu and I haven't started it, go for it- you won't be stepping on my toes! I will try to keep up more consistently, though. :)

For today:

Breakfast: Banana, water, and 4 LF graham crackers

Snack: 4 more graham crackers... I think I'm hooked lol

Lunch: green salad, FF dressing, hard boiled egg, banana

Dinner: Plan is to have a sandwich (FF bread, FF sliced chicken, FF cheese slice, and low far miracle whip), cheese pretzels (about 3 FG), and a nectarine... I have to eat on the run, as I have a church meeting after my jazzercise class tonight. :)

BFAST: Pinapple Orange Banana Juice

Lunch: I'll have to get something while I'm out, I have to run errands over lunch

Dinner: No clue!! lol, probably a sandwich b/c I have to work at 5...I loved being off these last 2 days, it felt i was unemployed again lol

Bkfst ~ scrambled eggs (3 eggs) with swiss cheese, 2 turkey sausages

Lunch ~ pizza made on low carb (5grams) tortilla

Snack ~ celery with cream cheese

Dinner ~ Susans(lucyfan) sesame chicken with bean sprouts, water chestnuts and snow peas.

Snack ~ SF jello w/ whipped cream

Water drank so far ~ only 24 oz...I'll get more in

4 Special K waffles with low sugar raspberry jam, diet pepsi, and Viactiv calcium

Lunch:

Chicken noodle soup, and a tangelo

Snack:

Baby carrots

Dinner:

Cod fillet, mashed potatoes, and green beans

Snack:

2 cups cauliflower

Breakfast: 1/2 cup Applesause, 3 ff graham crackers

Snack: 2 Girl scout cookies

Lunch: Wendy's chicken blt salad

Dinner: mac & cheese, hot dog, green beans. If I can even eat that, I feel yucky today :(

Congrats on the 2 GS Cookies! I haven't bought any b/c I know I couldn't hold myself to two. lol Those Somoas het me everytime! ;)

Thanks Tina! It is hard isn't it?!?! And even though I'm only having 2 today...I had to laugh yesterday when my order came in! OMG!!! I ordered before I decided to diet...I ordered 3 boxes Samoas, 1 choc, 1 peanut butter, and 1 plain. 6 BOXES!!! I said Geesh I musta been hungry when I ordered these!! Plus, me and dd found a box I had hidden last GS season in the cupboard just last weekend!

Then....b/f had to order from my bro boxes of Krispy Kreme (sp?) donuts for bro's baseball team's fundraiser. So ok, I'm thinking 1 box....he orders 3 boxes of 24!!!

Soooo....I talked to my daughter's daycare teacher and we decided the kids will just be on a joyous sugar high Monday. I am giving up the donuts and a couple boxes of cookies for the kids' snacks. They'll burn it off a hell of alot faster than I will!! ;)
