demanding little hussy aren't I?!?!?!

Ok well Joe has been doing all the grocery shopping since we gor down and dirty with the weight loss because my car has been down..well his personal trainer wants a grocery list and menu for this next week and I have to turn it in by 5 pm . Ughh I hate when I HAVE to do something lol .

So I am thinking of making a briskit one night (pt said briskit is better than a roast less salts etc)

Turkey burgers one night

baked chicken w/ br. rice and a veggie another night

maybe tuna salad on 9 grain some other night

Any of you have some good suggestions? An I have read many time blueberries are one of the best foods to be eating..any of you eat them? Do they cure the sweettoth craving?

I am perfectly capapable of making a menun but I want to shake things up a bit and make something different..I usually make baked chik twice a week..ughh

Yuck! I hate menu planning.

Allrecipes.com will help you. I think it even helps you create a shopping list (or it used to).

Good Luck!
