anyone have March Goals?

Mine are to continue with my upped exercise min., water intake and eating healthy. As for weight goals i've learned not to make em..LOL..

My next goal is to achieve a loss of 10% of my starting weight. I began at 266 pounds, so that would be a total loss of 26.6 pounds. So far I have lost 16 pounds. That leaves 10 pounds in the next 3 and a half weeks. It would be a lofty goal to achieve by the end of March, but I think I'll make it before my trip in april. :) I need to buckle down though. (Right now that would mean dumping out my cup of sweet tea *gasp* and trading it for water. Damn empty calories.) It also means working out on non-Jazzercise days. I get to Jazzercise without a problem, but motivating myself to workout at home is hard.

I CAN DO IT! :)

My goal for the month is to reach 260...hopefully less..but I will settle for that 8 pounds lost!!

Exercise 4x a week and start drinking water again. I hate water, but I know it is something I gotta do. I would like to get down to 220 by april 1, but Not sure if that is possible. It is only 7 more pounds, but you know how that goes. But it is something to strive for. sharla
