AGH..bad week for a challenge dd and i are sick

Mon,water 75 oz. exercise 45 min. aerobics

Tues,water 50 oz. exercise 25 min. tae kickboxing

Wed,water 60 oz. exercise 5 min.(felt crappy so layed down)

Th,water 120 oz. exercise 30 min aerobics,30 min WATP

Fri,water 100 oz. exercise 40 min. aerobics

Sat,water 120 oz. exercise 0 min.

Sun,water 125 oz. exercise 30 min.

TOTAL,water 650 oz. exercise 205 min.

Yuck!! The two things I need to work on the most. I guess this must be a message I need to changes somethings.

Mon: 50 minutes exercise and 64 oz of water

tue 40 min exercise and 64 oz of water

wed' 20 minutes exercise and 64 oz of water

thur 64 oz of water

fri 40 minutes exercise and 64 oz of water

This is going to be fun!! I just bought a gym membership for the month of March as my kick in the butt!! ~Dana

Monday- 50 ounces & 21 minutes (slept in this am -- oops!)

Tuesday- 101 ounces & 20 minutes (208 calories)

Wednesday- 17 ounces & 33 minutes (361 calories)

Thursday- 51 ounces & 25 minutes (303 calories) + 1 hour weight training

Friday- 30 ounces & 25 minutes (303 calories)

Saturday- 50 ounces & 21 minutes (155 calories) + 30 minute walk

Sunday- 40 ounces & 0 minutes (oops!)



Total exercise minutes: 235 minutes (3.9 hours)

Total ounces of water: 339 ounces

Monday- 30 minutes the Firm, 80 oz water

Tuesday- 20 minutes walking, 20 minutes stretching, 72 oz water

Wednesday- 15 minutes walking, 72 oz water

Thursday- 20 minutes walking, 30 minutes the Firm, 72 oz water

Friday- no exercise (day off), 80 oz water

Saturday- 25 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes intense work around the house, 60 oz water

Sunday- 30 minutes treadmill, 15 minutes strength training, 20 minutes stretching. 54 oz water.

Total exercise minutes: 245 minutes!!!

Total ounces of water: 490 oz water.

heck yeah i luv a good challenge even though i have posted at ww i feel more at home here with other women who have 100 pounds and more to lose if u dont mind i keep track of my exercise min and water ounces everyday so i dont think ill post it everyday if thats not a problem heck yesterday i figured out my average weakly exerice min was 385min. but i may do more exercise since its a challenge and its getting warmer outside we will see;) luv kelley xoxo
