Oh, Okayyyyyy! You're so good for me, Shawna! And next week's will look better...

Monday: 40 minutes exercise, (about) 60oz. water

Tuesday: 40 minutes exercise, (about) 72oz. water

Wednesday: 30 minutes exercise, 48 oz. water

Thursday: 30 minutes exercise, 80 oz. water

Friday: only 25 wimpy minutes of exercise (soory!), but 120 oz. water

Saturday:

Wednesday- 30 min and 70 oz
