Monday: 40 minutes exercise, (about) 60oz. water
Tuesday: 40 minutes exercise, (about) 72oz. water
Wednesday: 30 minutes exercise, 48 oz. water
Thursday: 30 minutes exercise, 80 oz. water
Friday: only 25 wimpy minutes of exercise (soory!), but 120 oz. water

Mon- 30 min exercise 64 oz water
Tues- 30 min exercise 30 oz of water - bad water day, sorry guys :(
Wednesday- 30 min and 70 oz
Thurs- 30 min and 60 oz
Friday- 45 min and 64 oz
