hello everyone my name is latasha, and i just joined this site at the suggestion of my cousin. i'm currently among the many women who are making positive steps toward weight lose. this year i decieded to finally get this weight off and to keep if off. i'm not on any plan. i take womens one a day weight smart vitamins, i drink lot's of water, walk the treadmill 30-45 mins 3 days a week, and the other day i started this workout walk away the pounds. i started in the middle of jan and by the middle of feb i had lost 10lbs. so far so good. my cousin and i support each other even though were using different methods.
i'm so happy7 about my weight loss.monthly i go to the doctor to weigh in. the goal is to lose 10lbs a month. i'm due to go back in about a week. i must say that even though my weight loss has been drastic people have noticed and complimented me on it. at times i can't tell, but when i put on clothes i see that there is a difference. well i just wanted to introduce myself. bye for now.
