Robyn, I've never been to the north rim. My DH and I went in March a couple of years ago and the north rim wasn't open yet. The south rim was gorgeous, though! That time of year it wasn't too crowded, so we had a great time. I'm so jealous! Maybe next year we can get there again. Have an awesome time!!

Sarah, 27, 276/210/135, Washington State, Atkins since 8/25/03

1. If you could go anywhere this summer, where would you go?

******I have been dreaming of Ireland lately. Or New Zealand or Australia...heck, why not a world tour??? rofl

2. Do you plant flowers or raise a garden? What do you grow?

******Well, while I LOVE to garden I have no money for flowers this year so far so I have to settle for what already grows in my yard. I have a mostly hyacinths which smell amazing.

3. What is something that you are passionate about? Causes? Politics?

******I am passionate about my happiness and about living life...even more-so now than ever. My brother was recently diagnosed with brain cancer and it has brought us closer and made me realize life's too short to be caught up in unhappiness and depression.

4. What book are you reading right now? How do you like it? Would you recommend it?

*******I'm between books right now...I am thinking of picking up the Lord of the Rings trilogy though...

5. Have a dieting or exercise tip to share?

********remember that you don't have to do the most exercise or lose the most pounds to be going in the right direction. If you slip get back up and keep going. Don't make it torture, make it something you can live with and enjoy doing. Easier said than done...but at least try.

Sarah

Dawn, live in NJ, SAHM, 3 kids (my i-village account was made when I had only 2)

1. If you could go anywhere this summer, where would you go? I would go to Alaska. Especially the Denali Wilderness area. I hear its amazing.

2. Do you plant flowers or raise a garden? What do you grow? I have flowers and a veggie garden. I grow broccoli, tomatoes, jalapenos, lettuce, spinach, green peppers, cucumbers, and corn!

3. What is something that you are passionate about? Causes? Politics? I'm passionate about conserving our natural resources and preserving the environment. Our President is giving away precious lands to loggers and we're losing some very special critters. I'm also very passionate about patients rights when under medical treatment.

4. What book are you reading right now? How do you like it? Would you recommend it? Angels and Demons by Dan Brown. LOVE IT!!! READ IT!!!

Hi, all--

Back again, and still Mickie, 262.5/243/135 (oops, some backsliding there!)from Baltimore and more or less (lately less) following Weight Watchers.

1. If you could go anywhere this summer, where would you go?

Turkey-- I've been lusting after this little adventure tour for a couple of years now.

Maybe next summer?

2. Do you plant flowers or raise a garden? What do you grow?

Just planning this year's container garden; ancho & thai dragon peppers, herbs, several types of tomatoes, catmint for the kitty, and a bevy of flowers.

3. What is something that you are passionate about? Causes? Politics?

Trying not to be, for a while.

4. What book are you reading right now? How do you like it? Would you recommend it?

I have a copy of "The Northbury Papers" waiting for me (mystery novel). I've liked the previous books in this series, so it should be good.

5. Have a dieting or exercise tip to share?

Oh yes, don't do as I do!
