i sexy 77 - LA Weight Loss Menue

Good morning.
I know I posted this in the other menu thread but I wanted to put it here so you would see it with out a lot of looking.

This is my plan for today.
Be well - Robyn
Breakfast: Oatmeal with raspberries
Mid morning snack: protien bar (LAWL)
Lunch: Healty Choice pizza
Snacks: Apples & grapes
Dinner: 1 egg & 4 whites scrambled, french cut green beans
LA Lite bar at school
After school snack:1 tbl peanut butter on a no salt rice cake

I had the pineapple cottage cheese double.
Then I will then have a lite (carmel - followed by tooth paste ;)
Lunch is the lein cuising - Canaloni
an apple and raspberries for a snack
dinner will be either egg salad or chicken if it defrosts, green beans
then a lite & a rice cake with 1 tsp peanut butter.
Last night I had extra bread and some ice cream. I live with sabatours (sp)

BREAKFAST~1 SLICE OF TOAST,1 SCRAMBLED EGG,1/8 CANTALOUPE, 1TBSP OF FF JELLY
AM SNACK~ L A LITE, 1/8 CANTALOUPE, 3TRISCUITS
LUNCH~ ORANGE CHICKEN, 1C. BROCCOLI, 1C.MUSHROOMS
PM SNACK~1/8 CANTALOUPE, 3 TRISCUIT
DINNER~ CHICKEN MARSALA
EVENING SNACK~L A LITE, 3 TRISCUITS
This is what I am having
Breakfast: Cottage cheese double (1/9 P & 1 fruit) & a sugar free jello
Snack: LA Lite
Lunch: Frozen pizza - Healty Choice (can hve 3 per week)
Snack: Apple
Dinner: either Pineapple chicken or Chicken marsala & a spinach salad
Snack: rice cake & a lite
I am going to try to stay away from the starchs because I seem to be on a toast kick.

I don't know about dinner but I think egg salad.

breakfast~ fiberone cereal,milk,cantaloupe, boiled egg. Am snack~ triscuits,cantaloupe, Lunch~sweet and sour chicken,La lite,Dinner~ undecided. maybe chicken salad, triscuits and maybe some veg.
