WOOOOOOO! I just have to tell everyone, LOL… for exercise today I did 20 min WATP in the morning. Yeah good for me. Well I went to Lowes and got a new 30 inch wide rake (the handle broke on my old one). I got so much done. I set my timer for 30 minutes and got to raking! I have about an acre of oak, dogwood, pine, and some other trees… so lots and lots of leaves on the ground. I raked a 8ft diameter and 4ft high pile of leaves and tree limbs. NOW THAT WAS SOME WORK!!! I actually enjoyed it though… I accomplished (part of) a chore and got an awesome workout. I held in my abs and did it at a brisk pace and definitely got my heart rate up. I even hit the snooze button so I could rake for a few more minutes. LOL. I sure hope I can move tomorrow, that was a lot of work for these muscles.

PS… That bit of raking didn’t even put a dent in the amount of leaves there is to rake in my yard…. I got about maybe 1/15 of my yard raked … if that.

Great job Serena!!! I love to rake leaves in the fall, it is such good exercise!
