and do it without gaining weight, or eating badly. That's where I am today. I don't know if it's allergies kicking up a fuss, or the flu, but I have a suspicion it's a heavy cold or flu and I'm feeling like *death warmed over.* Can't taste a thing, but have tried to eat a reasonable amount anyway. And I just feel plain weak; must be the dimetap. Hello everyone. Rudy

Hope you feel better. Colds can be miserable. Make sure you get lots of rest.

Thanks, Susan. Wish I could rest, but I can't get my nose un-stuffy long enough and I think I managed 2 hours sleep last night. I kept turning on the shower so the steam could relieve my sinuses. And since nothing *tastes* it's difficult to feel satisfied after eating. Anyway, this is my pity party. I'm sorry. I feel lousy. Hope it doesn't last long!!

Rudy, hope you get over your cold soon. I had one like that 2 weeks ago and it took a while to get 100%. I lived on herbal tea and ginger ale and toast.

Good luck.

Rudy ~ hope you feel better. Maybe some chicken soup/chicken broth will help you feel better and lots of rest. Although, when I'm sick, I do liquer myself up with Nyquil and cold medicine! Here's to ya feeling better soon!
