Hello Again...

I think I posted here a while back. I started the year at approx 255-260 lbs and now I'm down to 230ish. I'm not a fan of the scale so I only weigh myself 1-2 a month, prevents the weird effect seeing your weight flucuate thru the month can knock the legs out of willpower.
I'm making small permanant changes...More vegatables at dinner, more lean meats, less sauces, more spices, more fruit salads, vegatables on sandwiches, less fat in general and a lot more activity. I think on average I'm losing about 10lbs a month, which is not much a week, so its slow and safe, yet in a year if I stay on this pattern of change, I'll be able to lose about 120 lbs this year. Even if I slowed down a lot and only lost 5 lbs a month, that would be 60 more pounds. I'm 5'2" and I have a medium bone structure, so I'm thinking about 120-130 lbs is my goal range. It will really depend on the muscle mass I've built by then.
Anyways, more soon, got to go to work.
