There's an interesting discussion on another board lately, about whether more nutrition education would be helpful in curbing our nation's obesity problem. I think that I'll link to this thread for them, because the answer is obviously *no*....what is it Jimmy Buffet sings there is also no 'dumb ass' vaccine. And posters on this board who talk about eating donuts to lose weight, it struck me that this was a really dumb idea. Buffet nailed you, specifically.... Evolution can be mean/There's no 'dumb-ass vaccine.' ".

I think you might need a few dozen for your sweet ingredient in your persona recipe.

Chocolate that does put women in better moods. Though the jury is still out for MEN on this.

well if they are identical, they are in essence clones so that would make both of them "the Bad Seed"

Oh get a grip! No one suggested the all Krispy Kreme all the time diet approach! They MENTIONED that KK was going to offer a less unhealthy version of something we'd already been discussing. It was a remark not a federal case and it certainly doesn't give you the right to make this kind of post. Yes Evolution CAN be mean. We all have to put up with posters who make life unpleasant and who don't understand the concept of SUPPORT.

Please point out to me where someone said they were planning on incorporating Krispy Kreme donuts as part of their diet. Because I don't think I read that post.

A few people mentioned that they used to eat Kripsy Kreme donuts. So I came across this article and thought it might be of interest. No one said they were going on the "Krispy Kreme Diet" or considered them to be part of a healthy diet so for you to say that this was a 'dumb idea' or to call members of this board 'dumb a**es' is un-called for.

Maybe you should practice some reading comprehension skills before any further posts.

How do you, personally, find it "less unhealthy?" The donuts are saturated fat, over 100 fat calories in every 200 calorie donut. And all this talk about eating them, gorging on them. How is even one "less unhealthy" since even one is an artery clogger and saturated fat leads to clogged arteries (never mind obesity) and premature death. All KK is doing is using a sugar substitute in some, and even that substitute has caused cancer in lab rats. So now, if the saturated fat doesn't kill the human fast enough, maybe the chemicals involved in the sugar substitute will. Please, please do explain your logic and how you consider this "less unhealthy." I'm waiting on baited breath for your cogent reply to that one!
