STOP ME BEFORE I SLACK AGAIN!
Yes, gained four pounds over the weekend... and wasn't even celebrating or in crisis, just ---blah--- and eating everything in sight. Also (TMI follows) didn't exercise, drink water, clean the apartment, do laundry, floss or shave my legs. Or get out of bed on time this morning... fortunately, not a huge issue at my new job.
On the plus side, I did shop for healthy groceries, and the gym in my building is free starting today... so if I can still function after class tonight, there's hope on the horizon.

It's another day! I think God made nights so we can start over with a clear head and new determination on the next morning.
Besides it's ok that you decided to have an off weekend, none of us are perfect and it makes that battle so much sweeter when you have overcome everything to win it.
Put the weekend behind you. What's done is done. Try not to dwell on it too much. The important thing is that you took steps to get back on track, and I know you can do it! Good luck and here's to today being a better day =)
