Learn anything on the challenge??

Did you learn anything about yourself (or others) on our challenge that just ended?

Do you need to increase your exercise minutes? water intake? Or did you find out that you're the resident exercise fanatic?

~I learned that I should really start going to the gym twice a day (once before work and once after work) because my exercise minutes & water intake ounces were quite below average, mind you, I did have a sick child all week who didn't sleep through the night but that really isn't a good excuse for me. It just made me realize that maybe if I worked harder I'd see better results (duh!).

I learned (actually I think I already knew this) that I have no problems getting my water in during the week while at work. Whenever my cup gets empty, I go refill it on my way back from the ladies' room. On the weekends, my schedule isn't as structured, so I find myself having a hard time getting my water in. On the plus side, I have a lot more time on the weekends to get my exercise minutes in!
