This challenge really helped me last week, so I'm taking the liberty of starting it this week. Shawna, the WW board is welcome to join in, but I didn't want to assume anything.

Monday- 35 minutes walking, 15 min stretching, 80 oz water

Tuesday- 30 minutes the Firm, 60 oz water

Wednesday- None (day off), 64 oz water

Thursday- 25 minutes treadmill, 50 oz water

Friday- None, 70 oz water

Saturday- 25 minutes the Firm, 20 minutes WATP, 15 minutes "I want those arms" video, 20 minutes stretching, 70 oz water

Sunday- 60 minutes walking, 60 oz water

Total exercise minutes: 245 minutes

Total ounces of water: 454 oz water

what's the challenge? all i see is posting exercise min + water intake no challenge numbers..LOL

Maybe challenge was the wrong word to use. I just thought it helped when we had a place to track our exercise minutes and water intake. I know it helps me!

Monday-200 crunches

Tuesday- 10 mins walking, 20 mins weight training, 300 crunches on ab roller, 64 0z water

Wednesday- 45mins exercise, 72 ozs of water

Thursday- 20 mins yoga, 15 mins walking, 20 mins weights, 300 crunches, 86 ozs water

Friday- 20 mins yoga, 64 ozs water

Saturday- 20 mins aerobics, 20 mins yoga, 56 oz water

Sunday-20 mins aerobics, 20 mins weights, 300 crunches, 90 ozs water
