This challenge really helped me last week, so I'm taking the liberty of starting it this week. Shawna, the WW board is welcome to join in, but I didn't want to assume anything.

Monday- 35 minutes walking, 15 min stretching, 80 oz water

Tuesday- 30 minutes the Firm, 60 oz water

Wednesday- None (day off), 64 oz water

Thursday- 25 minutes treadmill, 50 oz water

Friday- None, 70 oz water

Saturday- 25 minutes the Firm, 20 minutes WATP, 15 minutes "I want those arms" video, 20 minutes stretching, 70 oz water

Sunday- 60 minutes walking, 60 oz water

Total exercise minutes: 245 minutes

Total ounces of water: 454 oz water
