How are you all doing? I'm doing great. Today I went to a Weight Watchers meeting. In the past I've went to WW, but I've never like my leader. Today I was so impressed. The leader was awesome! She took extra time for everyone...in fact, she was there an hour after she should have left answering questions. She gives everyone her e-mail address and telephone number also. I thought that was great. In any event, after the session, we talked because it was my first day. She mentioned something about the theory used in Body For Life.
I know someone on here is on this system, but I forget who! I wanted to know about it; what it's like and what the success rate is? The leader said you can work it into the Weight Watchers plan as well and it's really successful. She said you eat like 5 or 6 times a day and it you alternate cardio and strength training. I am REALLY interested because I have a slow metabolism. If anyone can give me info, I'd love it.
