I like Special K Vanilla Almond and Kashi Good Friends and Apple Jacks and Count Chocula and Mud'n'Bugs and Pops and Smacks and.....i love them ALL!!! But I only ever eat the first two with Skim Delux milk.
I'm a bit of a plain jane when it comes to cereal. My favorite is Cheerios. I haven't had it since starting the SB diet, though. Even just plain old Cheerios without any added sugar can make my blood sugar pop up to around 200-250, so I've sadly given it up. My doctor says that once my weight is down and my insulin resistance is resolved I should be able to eat things like cereal and starchy veggies again without any probs. I sure miss the cereal and the potatoes!
I love Frosted Mini Wheats, Special K with Berries and Banana Nut Crunch. With any kind of milk. They're all not that bad healthy wise but I haven't had them in 5 weeks since being on Atkins and I miss them terribly. I haven't tried any of the Atkins cereals yet.

Thank goodness it's healthy! I eat it with a touch of skim milk...I don't like a whole lot of milk in my cereal.

Before, I loved Frankenberry! It's been years since I had it. I would have it with 2% milk (like that makes a difference).
Now, I eat hummus and flatbread or an egg on whole wheat or a bowl of old fashioned oatmeal with fruit for breakfast.
