I love granola too, but not all granola is fattening. In fact some of the recipes have no fat, and if you're interested in making homemade you might want to try some of those. I like one I found on Cooking Thin, a program on cable. It has 0 grams fat. Maybe your recipe has tons of calories, but that one has 141 per serving and is definitely healthy. Yum. Not all granola is created equal, and it seems you're painting with too broad a brush to make an uninformed assumption. Look around, because if she says her granola recipe is healthy it likely is. There are lots of healthy granola recipes out there.

An odd question to ask. Is there a particular reason? Anyway, I'm going to go with the granola suggestion, or possibly homemade oatmeal with fruit, or pukkolla (homemade) which doesn't take milk at all.

Difficult following your post. I'm just suggesting to you, not all granola is fattening and if you are interested in granola with 0 grams fat...there are a number of good recipes out there, and the food channel is a good source.

It has 10 grams of fat. Still not 0 grams. And 294 Calories. For Heaven's sake, did you even check? Oh, and that's just for a 1/2 cup serving. That does matter, you know.

That wasn't the one I use, but thanks for posting it. There should be several you can browse through, but just pick one you like.
