Well, I got to sleep 10 hours last night so I am almost as right as rain. I am also armed with healthy eating this morning for the day and looking forward to it.
So here is the menu for the day...vanilla low fat yogurt with fresh blueberries and granola (high in fiber, fat, and carbs, but my dietian wants me to have that high fiber intake so pooey on the other :P ) SNACK...string cheese LUNCH....ham sanmich with a side salad (left over from last night) SNACK...strawberry yogurt.
I am hoping that I made my calcium intake today. We are trying to increase all my intakes without resorting to pills and stuff.
I am hoping to walk this evening and tomorrow morning I am going to walk as well and wash my car. I think that will be a good dose of cardio and some form of toning.

But I have to work tonight and I am not so thrilled about it...4p-1a

Enjoy the sundae. That is one thing my dietian is like banging into my head and that is food is to be enjoyed even when you are controling intake and having a dessert is not a bad thing.
Yesterday I did somewhat icky with my choices, but I also knew that I needed those fast carbs to stay awake through the day.
