You're just so dang organized, Shawna! Cool AND organized!

I am still having my morning cups of joe, but I'll mosey into the kitchen soon to get breakfast. I've often thought I should plan out my day better, but I still haven't gotten around to it. I'm on spring break this week (and it's almost over *sniff*) so I'm home today.

Here's the plan:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and some veggies (either raw broccoli and cauliflower of raw green peppers... I could eat that stuff all day long). Maybe a slice of cheese.

Lunch: Probably leftovers from last night. I made Thai Rubbed Tuna and it was great! Hubby didn't want any (he swears he hates "home-cooked fish" but he'll gobble down the junk they serve at MickyDs fast) so I have his piece. I'll probably have a salad with it.

Dinner: Shoot, thanks for reminding me, I need to lay out the meat! We're having Balsamic Flank Steak. Probably some steamed broccoli and cauliflower as sides.

Snack: I graze all day long, so I'll probably have an apple, some peanut butter with the apple, and cheese sticks. I might have a wasa cracker or two (they're tolerable with cream cheese!).

I recently subscribed to a menu service, and I love it! Before this I cooked rarely. The menu service will email you grocery lists and recipes (with side suggestions) for 6 dinners. It's great! If anyone wants the info on it, please email me through my profile
