so what is everyone's exercise menu this weekend? LOL

Figured i'd add all three days since a lot of us take Sat or/and Sun off

Today, Im going to the Y to workout on the machines and maybe swim but not sure about the swimming yet.

I'm going to the gym tonight for a 10 minute cardio + 45 minute weights session, and then I'm going to pack and get ready for my trip tomorrow...Saturday I'm supposed to do cardio first thing, but my plane leaves at 7:30...I'd have to get up at like 4:30, get to the gym by 5:00, work out for 35 minutes, shower, dress and hope to be home by 6:15, which would still be cutting it close. Meh. So instead I think I'll just do lots of cardio in the afternoon once I get to Houston...maybe an hour! I've never done an hour of cardio on the crosstrainer...might be interesting. And evening is better than none, right?

Ooo, now I'm excited. According to the little machine dealy which I know probaby isn't accurate) I burn about 520 calories in a 35 minute session. I wonder how much I'd burn in an hour??

Sunday I have off! Woo!

i upped my weight session from 20-25 to 30 min. and dang..lol..i do 5 reps of 10 on almost all the machines there. 45 min. is great don't when/if i'll make it there =)

Well friday I did 30 min of cardio and 35 min of weights. Today I did 45 min of cardio and tomorrow I will do another 45 min of cardio but if the sun shines I may go longer b/c I will walk outside if it warms up as well.

Isn't he a fox?! He is my dream guy!


Gilad has two step workouts. I have the Step & Tone. The stepping is very straightforward. Not dancy at all! It is more of an atheletic workout. What is great about it is that you can get as intense with it as you want!
