just wondered caus i'm feeling as if i'm not doing good enough. I want to see results faster i'm tired of this body..LOL

Here are a few and they really help me!
1) You are the only one who has control over your image
2) The next 24 hrs are in your hands, you have the power to say NO!
3) The road to weight loss is not easy, just because theres traffic on the road doesnt mean you get off, you keep going until you reach your destination.
4) The next time you have an urge for a snack, wait 10 minutes and the urge will pass!
5) Do not let the scale determine your weight loss, let the way your clothes fit and feel be the true determining factor...
I say a few in my head over and over and it helps be pull through!
You did not gain it overnight so why would you lose it overnight!
Slow and steady wins the race.....
