Hello,
I am a new member here. I am not really sure how this works, but I really need to find some support and thought that this would be a good place to start.
My weight right now is at 240 lbs and it only seems to be getting higher.
I have a bad tendancy to eat a lot of snacks - chocolate, chips - fatty foods- especially when I am stressed out.
I know I am not the only one out there that is like this and was really hoping that I could be part of a group!

I'm new too..... I know how you feel. My weight has really got out of control .

Since you say you eat a lot of snacks, chocolate chips etc., my one suggestion to you would be to make that harder, if not impossible, to do. Clean out your cupboards and fridge and get rid of every single thing that isn't in line with your goal. You can't eat junk food if it's not in your house. Or at least, you could but it would mean you'd have to make a deliberate trip to the store to get it and that would give you time to reconsider your choice.
