Hello,

I am a new member here. I am not really sure how this works, but I really need to find some support and thought that this would be a good place to start.

My weight right now is at 240 lbs and it only seems to be getting higher.

I have a bad tendancy to eat a lot of snacks - chocolate, chips - fatty foods- especially when I am stressed out.

I know I am not the only one out there that is like this and was really hoping that I could be part of a group!

Right now I am just doing this on my own but I was thinking about maybe following weight watchers? I think that may be the best because you can still eat some treats just so long as you are in your points limit - or something like that. And I know for sure that I can't completely give up all snacks all the time. But at the same time, I hear that WW can get expensive.

At the moment though I am not sure - I am still researching which plan would be best for me.
