It's day 1..let's state our plan. For boot camp we are staying on track for 2 weeks, so let's state the plan we are each personally going to stay on plan with:

minimium amount of exercise~

let's get going! And show everyone how it's done =) This will get us all ready for the exercise challenge(map) in a few weeks
for myself i am giving myself 3 badges and when i done with this challenge i plan on still having 3 =) If i don't stick an area on my plan i'll lose a badge =( LOL
you may do the same or whatever you want to help keep you accountable!

My badges will be for:
Eating within plan
Regular Exercising, plus 10 minutes something new each day
Journaling with my new journal buddy
I have three Aces sitting on my desk. Each Ace is one of my badges- my Ace of hearts is my Exercise badge, my diamond is my exercise badge, and my club is my journaling badge. They are really noticeable so I hope it keeps me on track.

i've already been bad today. i'll start being good from now on. (so we won't count today, just a secret between me and you ok)
Exercise= i'll commit to exercise 30 min a day for 6 days this week (i'll count today as my day off)
Eating= i'll do the best i can with what i've got. but i will commit to reading for 15 min or more a day in the Atkins book, that way i'll stay inspired and get ideas for keeping on track. (money is extra tight now and i might not be able to eat on plan and still survive) we don't get paid again til the 31st.
Other= I will drink 100 oz of water a day.
i think with this combo the weight will keep coming off. I'll participate in the 3 badges thing after today.

1. Get at least 5 servings of fruit/veggies in each day
2. Exercise at least 240 minutes a week
3. Drink at least 64 oz water a day

my three are:
1. stay on my food plan and journal it
2. dont miss a single supplement
3. get my 8 glasses of water per day
the water is really the hard one for me, but I am really trying I did make it there yesturday!
