It's day 1..let's state our plan. For boot camp we are staying on track for 2 weeks, so let's state the plan we are each personally going to stay on plan with:

eating wise~

minimium amount of exercise~

other~

let's get going! And show everyone how it's done =) This will get us all ready for the exercise challenge(map) in a few weeks

for myself i am giving myself 3 badges and when i done with this challenge i plan on still having 3 =) If i don't stick an area on my plan i'll lose a badge =( LOL

you may do the same or whatever you want to help keep you accountable!

A 2 week bootcamp sounds like just what I need right now. I'm in!! A question or two though-do we post results every day? - what is a journal buddy?

Mine are:

1. Keep within my 1500 calories, no fudging

2. Do each exercise in my schedule-every day

3. And for inspiration and encouragement (hopefully) come here each day

One other question, I see "Chat" on Sunday at 7pm, can you explain?

I haven't been on the boards it seems in months...and I am still as heavy as I was then. Actually, I have gained. So this looks like a good place to jump back on board. I'm in!

I like the three badges or Aces ideas...I'm going to look for something visual to put on my desk or in my kitchen as a reminder.

1) 1200-1400 calories a day

2) Exercise five days a week. If I can't make it to the gym, I certainly have enough exercise tapes around here!

3) Eight large glasses of water per day.

I am a bit late but I would like to jump in.



My three will be

1. Stick to my LA Weight Loss plan

2. 64 oz water

3. Keep my journal with a positive out look

(Monday & Tuesday were golden)

I'm late but I want to join. I am on WW/Ten Day Diet and think the 3 badges thing is cute.

Here's what I'll try

Drink 135 oz of water per day

take all my supplements/vitamins (I'm so bad at this)

Exercise 6 days per week (30 Minutes cardio - 45 weight training)

We shall see what happens.
