Tue,23-25 min. walk/jog

W,24- 30 min. aerobics

Th,25- 30 min. kickboxing

F,26-40 min treadmill,45 min. weights,25 min crosstrainer

Sat,27- 50 min. walk/jog

~~~~~~TOTAL 325 min

**Minimium 275 min.**

Total: 295 minutes!!! A personal best :)
