Daily Calorie Intake

How many calories does everyone take in per day? Last week I was taking in at most 1100 calories per day and this week, I have cut back a little bit more.
Monday 940 calories
Tuesday 900 Calories (after my snack tonight)
I was just curious as to how many calories everyone intakes here? I do 40 minutes of exercise 6 days a week. Sunday is my free day. Also could someone tell me the least amount of calories I can go to? I do take a multivitamin everyday.
Thanks so much!

Good Luck with your weight loss,
You should talk to your dr. about the amount of calories you need to have
I'm not a doctor, and I do have a significant amount of weight to lose. Can I ask you a question? Why are you cutting so many calories? And how much weight do you have to lose? The reason I ask is because typically when you cut back so many calories, your metabolism will slow way down and you'll start storing anything you eat as fat. Also if you're exercising that much, your body needs fuel to exercise on! Plus your metabolism will be higher if you're exercising. Depending on your body weight, most women need at least 1200 calories per day. I take in 1800-2000 per day, but I have a lot to lose (I weigh 313). I would suggest talking to your doctor definitely. If you're below 1200 calories, you should be medically supervised!!

it seems that this is one of my problems. basically, i don't and haven't taken in enough. however, we have noticed the weight gain coinsides with the new eating. i am not sure what is going to happen again. we have kicked around going back down just briefly to the little amount i was originally eating.
rather curious to see what everyone is going to say on this topic
Ideally, I would love to eat 2000 calories a day and stop. That hasn't been the case lately. I've been averaging 3000 calories a day for the past three months. However, that's better than the 4000+ average I was eating this time last year.
Since I have been averaging 3000 calories and gained 15 lbs. since Thanksgiving, I'm hoping that by cutting back to 2000 and doing more yard work, I can start dropping pounds again.
