I almost lost a badge today. I SO wanted a sub when Rob got himself one from Oliver's. Instead I made a ham and cheese roll up on a low carb tortilla. It was good, and I was happy to NOT have screwed up.
So far, so good (my day one). I'm struggling, though. Only one bottle of water so far, and a big bowl of macaroni that I have to figure up calories on. I start work in an hour and a half; for some reason, working is when I overeat. Hopefully I'll stay on top of it tonight. Time for a big glass of water, I guess.
I also am still on plan + got all my badges. Yesterday planned on going to Y and doing an hr but started AF and took a nap instead..lol..did do an aerobics tape in the evening. So haveta do some extra exercise this weekend to get to my exercise min. But i'll do it =)

My second day (Thurs.) in boot camp went well, but felt my resolve a little shaky before I came to the board(item #3 in my daily plan)...but already feel stronger and more in control. I know I'll go to bed now with no damage done!!!
Did the exercising I planned, and I am checking in for support.
It's interesting...anytime I thought to stray-I'd tell myself "you're in boot camp-be brave" It sounds kind of silly but it worked!!!
