It's happening-slowly, but it is!

Today is the first day I've felt completely on board with my new way of life. I put myself on what I've been calling (to myself) a 21-day challenge. It takes 20-30 days for something to become a habit, so I committed to go for it for a full three weeks. I'm on day 10 of the 21 day challenge. I've lost 2 pountds, which is something, but I'm more proud that I'm starting to actually follow my program. I did not put a single piece of food in my mouth today unless I was truly physically hungry. I've been doing great at this for the last week and a half except for the darn hours of 3-6 PM. These are my danger hours. Yesterday it was triscuits before dinner. Today I didn't eat anything during those hours! Yay!
AND tonight I actually threw out a third of my cookie. Very cool!
