Big (((((hugs))))) Shawna.
I totally understand and empathize. I was (un)fortunate enough to get the bad leg genes from both my folks. Dad has the bulging veins and mom has the little

I can see the veins are important to YOU, important enough to cry over. But really, it might help if you stand back from your situation just a bit and think about how lucky you are. You have your health. And you have your legs. There are many people far less fortunate and, frankly, in the grand scheme of things spider veins in the legs are just part of living. Sometimes they come on by being overweight, or by childbearing, or just by heredity. It happens. It's no big deal. Really!
Didn't mean to make this about me, just wanted you to know you aren't alone in those feelings, don't be so hard on yourself!!

*sigh*
Don't cry, everythings going to be fine! You just keep taking care of yourself. Exercise and eat healthy.

I'm sorry! I understand why you're upset. Those are largely genetic, though and it's not your fault you have them. I hear there are pretty painless laser treatments that do a great job.

Hon, I so know what you are feeling. I have had spider viens since I was in my early 20's. Everytime I fell down or had a huge bruise that was the "scar" left behind.
My knee is the worst one but also is the knee with the problem. I have found out that if the viens are not good for the circulation in your legs that you can have the insurance pay for a good portion of it. I am going to attack this suckers as soon as I have a bit cash but I do understand what you are feeling about this.
Though living with them at a young age has taught me to just chalk it up to having fun scars.
