Sun,28-60 min. walk

M,29-25 min crosstrainer,25 min treadmill,30 min weights,100 crunches

Tue,30-W,31-40 min walk/jog,100 crunches

W,31-45 min. tae kickboxing & 150 crunches

Th,1-40 min walk + 100 crunches

F,2-

Sat,3-off...spending day at an Easter party

~~~~~~TOTAL 265 min. & 450 crunches(didn't time so i'll just put total)

Sun 3/28 - 15 min walk (2 hrs of cleaning out my closet... bending, squatting, lifting... lol)

Mon 3/29 - 60 min Jazzercise

Tues 3/30 - (plan to Jazzercise 60 min)

Wed 3/31 -

Thurs 4/1 - (plan to Jazzercise 60 min)

Fri 4/2 -

Sat 4/3 - (plan to Jazzercise 45 min AND try new 45 min bodysculpt class!)

TOTAL: 70 min so far (I won't count the cleaning... lol)
