M,29-25 min crosstrainer,25 min treadmill,30 min weights,100 crunches

Tue,30-W,31-40 min walk/jog,100 crunches

W,31-45 min. tae kickboxing & 150 crunches

Th,1-40 min walk + 100 crunches

F,2-

Sat,3-off...spending day at an Easter party

~~~~~~TOTAL 265 min. & 450 crunches(didn't time so i'll just put total)
